Since becoming a member of the Law Office of Kevin O’Brien team, Mr. Graham has successfully negotiated countless settlements on behalf of clients, reduced outstanding lien holder balances by hundreds of thousands of dollars, resulting in greater recoveries for his clients, and taken cases to binding arbitration and to trial in Cook County.

During law school at the DePaul College of Law, in addition to working as a law clerk at the Law Office of Kevin O’Brien, Mr. Graham was actively involved in DePaul’s Litigation Laboratory, a course wherein law students workshop, develop strategy, and provide litigation support for cases filed in state and federal courts by active attorneys. Mr. Graham’s work in the Litigation Laboratory helped yield concrete results for clients and their attorneys, and resulted in Mr. Graham earning the CALI Award for the highest mark in the course. Additionally, Mr. Graham volunteered at the Illinois Domestic Violence Court, preparing and representing victims of domestic violence to get temporary restraining orders. He also was honored to be selected as a member of the DePaul Civil Rights Clinic, where he prepared a case for trial at the Illinois Human Rights Commission and worked under the tutelage one of the most successful and prominent civil rights attorneys in Chicago.

Mr. Graham received his undergraduate degree in English with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
